Kirsten Welge is certified as Assistant Lecturer in Japanese Yoga and Mind-Body Oneness through Shinshin Toitsu Aikido, and holds a first degree black belt in Ki Aikido. Through the practices of meditation, ki aikido, and wildlife tracking, she cultivates awareness, ease, and connection to herself, others, and nature all around us. She leads classes in ki principles, meditation, and movement in daily life, and leads wildlife tracking survey teams and trailing practice in the field. She is also certified in Wildlife Track & Sign (Level 3) and Trailing (Level 3) through Cybertracker International. Kirsten holds a Masters degree in Public Health, and served as a hospital leader in process & quality improvement for over a decade.
