Safety Equipment: safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing of natural fiber with no cuffs or fraying, cotton or leather gloves and closed-toe leather boots or shoes. ACT Prep Course: In-PersonTeens & TweensGrades 10-12. Prepare for the ACT in a traditional classroom format with in-person instructors who present test-taking strategies, critical review, and time management for all testing areas of the ACT. Great for those who are uneasy about their test-taking skills or unsatisfied with previous ACT results. All materials provided. Sliding Fees: Most classes include sliding-fee options designed to provide financial flexibility for community members who may need support in order to participate. We encourage participants to choose the amount they are able to pay. All families, including families on the wait list, must register annually for any future care. Registrations will be reviewed in the order that they were received by our online system, and could take up to 10 business days to process. In order for a registration to be processed, all program balances must be paid in full. Accounts with a balance overdue will not be processed. Students must be enrolled and attending in the St. Paul Public School District in order to receive Discovery Club child care services. (We do not offer care to out-of-district students in our program during the school year. This includes families who live within the district boundaries but attend a charter or private school.) 2026-2027 Child Care Rates Families can select before school care, after school care, or a combination based on your child’s school schedule. Days of care may range from three to five days per week, per care session. Contracted days must remain the same for each week.
