HeartCert (Formerly Twin Cities Safety) is a proud provider of American Heart Association CPR and ECC Courses. We are a fully licensed and certified safety company servicing the entire Minneapolis / St. Paul MN and surrounding area. We have been growing rapidly and are now able to service the entire state of Minnesota! All of our CPR/AED, First Aid, BLS, ACLS and PALS courses are taught to American Heart Association standards by experienced professionals who make each course exciting and fun.
