Level 3
-For children 5-11 years old and have completed Level 2 or have equivalent skills.
Swimmers must be able to swim front and back crawl independently and will work to increase the distance and technique of those strokes. Other skills include elementary backstroke, scissors kick, dolphin kick, glides, and jumps into deeper water.
