Level 4

-For children 6-14 years old and have completed Level 3 or have equivalent skills. Class will take place entirely in deep water.

Swimmers must be able to swim front crawl (with rotary breathing), back crawl, and elementary backstroke and be comfortable swimming in deep water. Swimmers will further develop front and back crawl and elementary backstroke and will be introduced to diving, sidestroke and breaststroke.
