He is a lifelong explorer of place and history, with a deep passion for Saint Paul and the Twin Cities. With a background in film production, location scouting for films, and visual storytelling, Troy has spent over two decades studying how geography, architecture, neighborhoods, and local culture shape the identity of a city.
