This leisurely downtown stroll also gives you an up close look at beautiful, historic buildings. In case of heavy rain, the walking tour is conducted in St. Paul's extensive skyway system. Cynthia Schreiner Smith is an actor/writer/author, owner of her own tour company ( CynCity Tours), and a jigsaw puzzle fanatic! She has competed in and won numerous jigsaw puzzle team competitions since 2010. She is chair of the St. Paul Winter Carnival puzzle competition, the largest jigsaw contest in the country. Her team still holds the record for winning the Winter Carnival competition 8 years in a row. Her puzzle team was featured in the documentary “Wicker Kittens” which Sports Illustrated named as one of the top 10 documentaries about a sport you’ve never heard of. Her husband patiently tolerates her large jigsaw puzzle collection that has overtaken the family room’s large closet.
