Level 1: Fearful Swimmer
-For children 5-10 years old who have anxiety or are fearful of the water.
Gain confidence in the water and work on floating, gliding, kicking, and learn the basics of front crawl, back crawl, and elementary back stroke. Swimmers will be supported and assisted by the instructor for most skills.
Locker rooms will be available for changing out of swim attire after class. Showers will be available. Please come prepared to swim and free of lotions, and other body and hair products.
