Preschool: Breakfast Club (Adult + Child)
One adult and one child, ages 3-5. Register under the name of the child attending. A delicious breakfast made from scratch! Craft fluffy oatmeal flapjacks and whip up rich creamy butter. Create a day filled with flavor, love, and homemade goodness!
Sliding Fees: Most classes include sliding-fee options designed to provide financial flexibility for community members who may need support in order to participate. We encourage participants to choose the amount they are able to pay. This model helps ensure our programs remain financially sustainable while also promoting equity and increasing accessibility for all members of our community.

Instructor
Catherine E. White is a wife, a mom of three, and loves cooking at home. She grew up in California and now lives in Minnesota with her husband and children. Catherine started cooking when she was just five years old. Her mother had gotten very ill, and she was able to talk Catherine through the process of making a PB&J sandwich and she has been cooking ever since!
During her summers, Catherine spent time in Texas with her grandparents where she admired their generosity to share with the community from their backyard garden. When back home, Catherine's dad taught her kitchen safety and cooking basics, letting her creativity bloom. The local Public Broadcasting Station ran cooking shows like Julia Child (The French Chef), Martin Yan (Yan Can Cook) and Jacques Pépin (Julia and Jacques Cooking at Home) that inspired Catherine to further explore the culinary world.
Catherine says she doesn't have fancy training or restaurant experiences, but the smiles, oooh’s, and awww’s from her family motivate her to do more. Cooking is a part of life, and whether it's simple or challenging, do it with love and you’ll never do it wrong!
