Learning from Place: Rondo Bus Tour

Explore the rich history of St. Paul’s Rondo Neighborhood, once home to 85% of the city’s Black residents and a thriving hub of businesses, churches, and community life. Led by Marvin Anderson, the “Godfather of Rondo,” this tour highlights historic landmarks, the impact of I-94, and ongoing revitalization efforts. Participants also engage in a meaningful service project at Hallie Q. Brown Community Center.

Tour Activity Rating: 3 (Walking moderate distances with some steps and/or stairs and standing.)
Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle if you like.
