Accessible Gymnastics
Gymnastics class for participants with developmental disabilities. This is a structured class designed for youth ages 6-10 that would benefit from a smaller class size with more individual attention. We will work on body awareness, stretching and movement. Parent/Guardian participation required. -
Beginner I
Ages 5-14 with little or no previous gymnastic experience. Learn the basics of floor exercise, uneven bars, balance beam, vault and dance. -
Beginner II
Ages 5-14 with a minimum of 2 sessions previous gymnastic experience, as well as coach recommendation. Learn more of the basics of floor exercise, uneven bars, balance beam, vault and dance. -
Event Clinic Camps
For gymnasts age 5-14. All participants, regardless of skill level, are welcome! Flip, Fly, and Stick the Landing; Summer Event Clinics are Here! Each clinic will focus on one specific gymnastics event. Register for beam, vault, floor exercise or uneven bars. -
Flips
For gymnasts who are progressing at an advanced level. Coach approval required. -
Flips II
For gymnasts who are progressing at an advanced level. Coach approval required. Participants must have attended at least one full year of Flips classes -
Intermediate
Ages 5-14. Coach approval required. This course was previously called Intermediate Beginners -
Junior Flips
For gymnasts who are progressing at an advanced level. Coach approval required. -
Leaping Lilies
Ages 6 and up. Coach approval and skills evaluation required. -
Mini-Camp: All Skill Levels
Whether your child is a cartwheeling machine or just discovering how to stand on one foot without tipping over, these camps are the place to be this summer. Our camp is designed to meet every gymnast where they are, blending technical instruction with the high-energy fun that makes summer camp memorable. From ages 5 to 14, we provide a supportive environment where "I can't" turns into "I just did!" -
Rings, Pommel Horse and More!
Youth, ages 5-14, are welcome to explore and learn the basics for Rings, Pommel Horse, High Bar and Parallel Bars. -
Specific Skill Level Camps
Our summer camps are designed to transform athletes from the inside out, offering a high-energy blend of technical training and summer fun. From the first cartwheel to advanced flight elements, we provide a structured environment where gymnasts ages 5 to 14 can thrive. Because gymnastics is most effective (and safest!) when practiced at the right pace, our camp is divided into specific skill-based sections. When registering, please select the section that best fits your gymnast's current personal skill level. -
Teams: Silver and Blue (all competitive teams)
Coach approval required. Members of the Silver Sharks and Blue Flames from the 2025-26 season should enroll for this class. Leaping Lilies from 25-26 should enroll here with coach approval. -

Ages 3-4. Learn basic gymnastic skills, body awareness, group activities, problem solving, following directions and gymnastic vocabulary. Child must be toilet trained and comfortable without a parent in the room. -

Tumble Together
Ages 18months-4 and one adult per child. Explore gymnastics together and develop balancing, jumping, rolling, climbing and hanging skills. Class starts with a group activity, followed by tumbler/adult pairs rotating through equipment stations. Learn gymnastics vocabulary and how to work safely in a gym. -

Tumble Transitions
Ages 3-4. Learn basic gymnastic skills, body awareness, group activities, problem solving, following directions and gymnastic vocabulary. Child must be toilet trained and comfortable without a parent in the room. The parent/guardian will be in the class with the child for the first 5-10 minutes, including the stretching portion. Parents will then leave the gym and child will continue.This class is designed to help tentative children transition to being in class without the parent.
