In this completely free Intro to Meditation class, discover two easy techniques to help you manage stress: Mindfulness and Walking. In these difficult times, most of us are being faced with challenges that we never expected. We cannot control outside forces. What we can do, is do our best to not let the stress overwhelm us. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Victoria Juster has over twenty years of experience working as a medium; she has communicated with Spirits since childhood and has lived through three near death experiences. As a medium, she uses her gift to help people have a better picture of the afterlife and to deal with the grief of losing a loved one.
