Taste of the Trees (1 Hour Shinrin Yoku)

Experience a gentle introduction to shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing," in one of St. Paul's beautiful urban parks. This one-hour class invites you to slow down, engage your senses, and connect with nature, yourself, and your community. Perfect if you're curious about forest bathing but not ready for a longer session.
