Prepare delicious savory, steamed, filled dumplings served with a dipping sauce. Commonly served for the holidays, these Korean dumplings will be made with ground pork and tofu. The pork can be left out for a vegetarian-friendly option.
Jessica Toliver
Jess Toliver, owner of Jess Delicious Living, is a holistic chef, with a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu. She is a certified wellness and nutrition coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Reiki Master. Jess believes in treating people, as a whole, mind, body, and spirit. Jess specializes in teaching people how to eat, and prepare delicious, nourishing meals, especially with dietary restrictions. She teaches virtually and in person at multiple locations in the Twin Cities metro area as well as classes on the Learn It Live platform. She helps support people in creating sustainable habits on their wellness journey and also works part time as a coordinator in inpatient mental health.
