T'ai Chi Ch'uan

Laughing Waters T’ai Chi Club is a non-profit organization formed in December 1997. Many of its members began their practice of T’ai Chi Chuan, based on the ancient Taoist philosophy, over thirty years ago. Club members are committed to life-long study with visiting T’ai Chi masters who help refine their practice. Laughing Waters members collectively teach Community Education classes. Our effort is to continue to teach and learn deeper levels of relaxation, concentration, and breathing skills; all of which help flexibility, balance, strength, and promote health through the practice of T’ai Chi Chuan.
