Walking With The Woods: Guided Forest Bathing

Awaken your senses and connect deeply to nature around and within you. Experience a guided, meditative walk based on the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing" in one of St. Paul's lovely urban parks. Walks occur rain or shine; dress for the weather.
