Ever has been a coffee professional, trainer, educator, journalist and consultant for more than 20 years in Boston, New York and Minneapolis. They are the author of "New York City Coffee: A Caffeinated History," and has taught classes at local, national and international coffee events including the annual Specialty Coffee Association Expo, CoffeeFest, the New York Coffee Festival, and the Melbourne International Coffee Expo. Ever is a Specialty Coffee Association certified Level 1 barista trainer and a former member of the Barista Guild of America Leadership Council.
