Lorie Haddad is a Lebanese American who, as a child, foraged in her family’s yard with her immigrant grandmother. She has taught community education cooking classes for almost a decade that focus on delicious dishes from the Levant. Lorie excels at adapting these traditional recipes and methods to make them accessible and successful for people with busy lives. She has a passion for using cooking as a form of storytelling and reclamation. She enjoys sharing her skills and traditional stories with people and looks forward to cooking with you soon.
