Jaidev has been passionate about cricket since childhood. With over two decades of experience, he has played at various levels, from gully cricket to school and college matches, and has served as team captain at his workplace. Jaidev also coaches his 12-year-old son’s cricket team, focusing on developing players' strengths and fostering teamwork. His approach to coaching emphasizes creating well-rounded players and promoting a sense of community through sport. Jaidev is eager to share his love for cricket and help others enjoy and benefit from the game.
