You will leave with a personal "navigation plan" to help you stay calm and stand your ground in stressful situations. We are stronger and healthier when we learn how to navigate these systems together.

Carrie believes true learning happens when we lean into curiosity and honor lived experiences. Her teaching style is grounded in respectful communication, relationship building and the principle that personal growth is vital to community well-being. Whether facilitating discussions on navigating government systems or leading creative workshops, her goal is to provide actionable insights that empower participants to think critically and act compassionately.
