T'ai Chi Chih is a series of slow movements that form a moving meditation. The movements work to circulate chi (energy) throughout the body for health and well-being. Ev Hanson-Florin started on her yoga and T’ai Chi Chih path through classes with St. Paul Community Education and with the International T'ai Chi Chih Community. She found great pleasure teaching in the UK and has now returned to St. Paul Community Education, the organization that started her on this journey.
