Water Workout

Experience a fun, water-based workout that challenges your heart and shapes your muscles. Set to an upbeat, motivating playlist, this session focuses on targeted body toning using the natural resistance of the water.

Locker rooms will be available for changing out of swim attire after class. Showers will not be available. Please come prepared to swim and free of lotions, and other body and hair products. Plan to shower at home after class. Bathrooms will still be available.
