Adult Beginning
Learn essential swimming skills in a supportive environment tailored for adults. This class covers fundamental techniques including floating, gliding, and kicking, while introducing the basics of front crawl, back crawl, and elementary backstroke.
Locker rooms will be available for changing out of swim attire after class. Showers will not be available. Please come prepared to swim and free of lotions, and other body and hair products. Plan to shower at home after class. Bathrooms will still be available.
