Designed for adults who feel anxious or fearful around the water. Learn basic strokes and proper breathing techniques in a calm, supportive environment.
Locker rooms will be available for changing out of swim attire after class. Showers will not be available. Please come prepared to swim and free of lotions, and other body and hair products. Plan to shower at home after class. Bathrooms will still be available.
