Swimmers must be able to swim front and back crawl independently and will work to increase the distance and technique of those strokes. Other skills include elementary backstroke, scissors kick, dolphin kick, glides, and jumps into deeper water. -

Swimmers will further develop front and back crawl and elementary backstroke and will be introduced to diving, sidestroke and breaststroke. -

Level 4 -For children 6-14 years old and have completed Level 3 or have equivalent skills. Class will take place entirely in deep water. Swimmers must be able to swim front crawl (with rotary breathing), back crawl, and elementary backstroke and be comfortable swimming in deep water. Swimmers will further develop front and back crawl and elementary backstroke and will be introduced to diving, sidestroke and breaststroke. -

For children ages 2-4 with a parent/ guardian in the water. Together you’ll learn water adjustment skills while having fun in the water. If your child is not potty-trained, they must wear plastic pants or swim diapers in the pool. No disposable diapers allowed. -
