High Bridge & Smith Ave Walking TourToursJoin us for a scenic, invigorating walk exploring stunning views of the Mississippi River from Saint Paul’s iconic High Bridge. Starting at the Big Green Chair in the historic neighborhood at the bridge’s base, we’ll ascend the 2,770-foot High Bridge and continue up Smith Avenue. Along the way, learn about local architecture, neighborhood history, and the West St. Paul border at Annapolis Street. Enjoy stops at Amore Coffee and other local spots before heading back downhill. This is a vigorous walk, with an uphill first half and a downhill return. Activity level rating: 4 Extensive walking, stairs, and standing.
