Take a deep dive into The Power Plate, rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. A qualitative shift in the way you eat can help lower cholesterol, achieve better diabetes control, lower blood pressure, reduce cancer risk, improve your mood and more. Weekly recipes and resources provided to help you kickstart your health.
All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
Jill Erickson
Jill Erickson, founder and owner of Rooted Green Wellness, is a certified Plant-based Nutrition Educator and Food for Life instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Jill teaches alongside her husband, Joel. After Joel suffered a massive heart attack in 2016, Jill and Joel both discovered the health benefits of a whole food plant-based diet, and made a 100% transition to eating delicious meals made from plants. Since then, Joel has reversed his CAD, and Jill has reversed her GERD & IBS, amongst a multitude of other health issues. Jill started Rooted Green Wellness in 2019, and now devotes her life to coming alongside others in helping them in their own health journeys.
