Designed for students with little or no prior knowledge of Mandarin Chinese. The focus is on practical oral communication and building basic vocabulary. After students gain a solid foundation, lessons will gradually introduce Chinese culture and simple writing skills.

Prepare delicious savory, steamed, filled dumplings served with a dipping sauce. Commonly served for the holidays, these Korean dumplings will be made with ground pork and tofu. The pork can be left out for a vegetarian-friendly option.
